An existing roof structure supports a manufactured insulated roof curb beneath finished roof surface flashing and counterflashing installed by the building trade. A sixteen-gauge galvanized sheet metal assembly with all-welded construction covers the penetration. A faceplate with penetrations for pipes seals around the pipe jackets, with horizontal surfaces sloped outward at one-quarter inch per foot.
