Flexible duct is supported by overhead hanger straps spaced at a maximum of five feet on center. The hanger straps maintain a one inch minimum width at the duct contact points to prevent pinching or restriction of airflow. The flexible duct installation accommodates a sag of one-half inch per foot of support spacing.
