The flexible drain connector furnished with the fan coil connects to the evaporator drain pan using a pipe clamp for the connection to the drain tap. A transition converts the flexible pipe to a three-quarter inch hard pipe riser with a maximum twenty-one inch lift. The horizontal run maintains a minimum quarter inch per foot slope and transitions as necessary before connecting to the top of the main with a wye fitting in the direction of flow. The gravity drain main line is sized and sloped per plans.
