A heavy duty access frame and cover is installed flush with the top of the finished floor concrete slab. A PVC cleanout plug and ferrule connect to vertical waste piping running down through the slab and soil. The waste line incorporates an eighth-inch bend and a wye fitting to tie into the main waste piping network.
