A return air grille sound boot is fabricated from one-inch ductboard featuring nominal dimensions of twenty-four by twenty-four inches overall and twelve by twenty-four inches at the throat. An internal sound baffle is angled at thirty degrees with a minimum clearance of three and a half inches. The overall height measures twelve inches, divided into a seven-inch upper section and a four-inch lower section.
