The fluid cooler unit designated FC-1 is supported on a W8x18 wide-flange steel beam resting on spring vibration isolation assemblies. Each spring assembly bears on a 17-inch by 17-inch by 5/8-inch steel plate, supplied by others, which sits on a level structural steel platform also provided by others. The base arrangement isolates mechanical equipment vibration from the supporting structure.
