A pipe is secured to a premanufactured equipment support curb using a pipe clamp fastened with one quarter inch diameter by one and a half inch long lag screws to maintain watertight penetration. Counterflashing extends up and under all around the support base over the roofing membrane and rigid insulation. The entire assembly bears on a concrete on metal deck roof structure.
