A 208-volt single-phase power supply feeds through a circuit breaker and disconnect switch into the condensing unit. Control and power wiring runs between the condensing unit and the fan coil unit through a single throw double pole disconnect, with wire counts verified per the equipment manufacturer. A programmable room thermostat connects to the fan coil unit via control wiring. The fan coil unit receives a separate 120-volt single-phase power supply and connects to a condensate pump equipped with a high-level alarm and shut-off unit.
