Alignment of storefront framing and a structural hollow structural section beam centered on a concrete wall. Shims are placed between the beam and the upper and lower storefront assemblies to achieve proper level and spacing. Perimeter sealant joints seal the interface between the structural member and the aluminum storefront framing. Centering notes guide the alignment of the beam and windows relative to the supporting concrete wall below.
