This assembly suspends a variable refrigerant flow fan coil unit from the structure above using four all-thread hangers and Unistrut supports equipped with rubber vibration isolators. A supply duct connects to the unit through a flexible connection, while an outside air duct ties into a field-fabricated filter box containing a four-inch filter with side access and a twelve-inch sound boot on the return. A condensate drain line is piped full size from the unit and sloped at one-quarter inch per foot. Wiring is installed per the manufacturer specifications, and duct sizing follows the mechanical plans.
