A pipe penetrates a building wall through a Link-Seal type wall penetration seal model LS equipped with a water stop and anchor collar. The pipe is supported by a structural channel anchored to the building wall using expansion shields. Bolt sizes are sized to match the pipe flange schedule, ranging from 1/2 inch for pipes 4 inches and less up to 1 inch for pipes 18 to 24 inches. Support channels utilize one bolt per two diameter inches with a 4-inch minimum, staggered to allow access to the link-seal bolts. Sand backfill surrounds the exterior penetration area.
