A thermostatic mixing valve is installed beneath the counter and set to a 110-degree Fahrenheit outlet temperature to deliver tempered water to the fixture faucet. The valve connects to hot water supply and cold water supply lines, each equipped with a loose key stop. Supply risers route water to the faucet, while an offset tailpiece and P-trap handle the drainage below. Under-sink protection is provided for accessible fixtures per project notes.
