A flexible duct connects a supply branch duct to a round neck lay-in ceiling diffuser. The connection originates at a spin-in fitting equipped with a volume damper on the supply branch. A flexible duct of four-foot maximum length maintains a minimum radius of one and a half diameters. Where this minimum turn radius cannot be met, reference detail 2 on sheet M6.01.
