The storefront head profile is set within a concrete structural opening, bearing on shims for alignment and level control. Perimeter sealant joints seal the interface between the aluminum frame and the concrete substrate on both exterior and interior sides. The frame profile accommodates glazing and integrates with the surrounding wall construction.
