An insulated refrigerant pipe passes through an opening in the roof structure, routed from condensing units to fan coils. A wood curb is mounted on the roof structure to elevate the penetration above the deck. A two-piece galvanized pipe flashing fits over the curb and around the piping to shed water. The cavity between the pipe and flashing is filled with expanding foam to seal the penetration.
