A round duct is suspended from the overhead structure using a three-eighths-inch all-thread rod and a one-inch metal strap wrapped around the duct perimeter. The threaded rod is limited to a maximum length of twelve inches. Hangers must maintain a maximum spacing of ten feet. Anchorage requirements to the overhead structure are coordinated with structural details.
