A variable frequency drive attaches to two vertical Unistrut supports using factory-provided mounting holes at six locations. The Unistrut supports feature baseplates lagged into a wood sleeper with a minimum one-foot clearance above the roof surface. The sleeper is covered by a sheetmetal cap and fully integrated into the roofing materials and waterproofing provided by the general contractor.
