A square neck diffuser penetrates an acoustical ceiling and transitions from square to round via a transition piece. A five-foot-long acoustical flexible duct connects the diffuser to a pre-fabricated spiral round duct containing an integrated volume damper. A four-inch-wide sheet metal strap wraps the transition, secured to the structure above by a wire at a forty-five-degree angle.
