Hot water condensing boiler piping connections include a hot water supply line fitted with a typical thermometer, pressure gauge, and shut-off valve. A hot water return line includes similar instrumentation with a dedicated support on a skid. A relief valve mounts to the top of the boiler unit, while the exhaust vent routes outdoors according to manufacturer requirements. The gas train connects to the burner via a main gas line and pilot line, with a gas train vent provided by the manufacturer. A condensate drain line routes from the boiler to a floor drain via a condensate neutralization device.
