A return air grille of specified size is integrated into a suspended ceiling system. The duct connection utilizes a sound boot lined with fiberglass duct liner or constructed from fiberglass duct board as permitted by project notes. Channels are provided to span the ceiling T-bar grid where required and are riveted directly to the duct assembly.
