Hot water supply piping routes down within the wall and connects to a finned pipe heating element behind casework with a typical union and shutoff valve, along with a strainer. The return piping includes an automatic flow control valve, a two-way modulating control valve, and unions. The finned pipe slopes down toward the drain connection. A hose end drain connection is provided near the supply shutoff valve. The entire assembly sits behind casework above the floor with an eight-inch minimum clearance and a toe kick grille.
