An insulated overflow roof drain pipe routes vertically down near an interior wall, bends horizontally, and penetrates through the exterior wall assembly. A seal and caulk and seal weatherproof the penetration around the pipe. The horizontal pipe terminates at an overflow roof drain nozzle with an integrated flange mounted on the exterior wall face. The nozzle sits at a specific height above grade per architectural elevations.
