A vent stack penetrates a membrane roof assembly utilizing a sleeve roof construction sized as required. A single-ply roof jack is furnished and installed by the roofing contractor to seal watertight to the vent stack with a minimum twelve-inch vertical extension. A no-hub band connects the pipe sections below the roof structure.
