The insulated pipe rests on a protective saddle and a 3/16-inch by 1-1/2-inch support saddle, which is reinforced by a 1/4-inch gusset plate. The assembly is supported by a 1-inch threaded pipe connected to a base plate. A 1/4-inch by 6-inch by 6-inch plate secures to a 3/4-inch pressure-treated plywood base, which is glued to the waterproofed or epoxy-coated computer room floor. The pipe support base is screwed to the plywood. Spacing is governed by project specifications.
