A 1 1/2-inch cold water line connects the existing domestic cold water supply to the pump suction and expansion tank. The piping features a reduced pressure backflow preventer, a water meter, and pressure monitoring instrumentation, along with high and low-pressure switches to monitor system conditions, and union fittings and valves to facilitate maintenance.
