A roof-mounted exhaust fan is supported on a factory curb with leveling and flashing, with architectural coordination required for the leveling detail. A quarter-inch mesh wire screen surrounds the exhaust stack above the roof line. A backdraft damper and a flexible connection for exhaust fans EF-2 and EF-3 are installed at the duct penetration below the roof assembly.
