Insulated vapor and liquid refrigerant lines route down to the fan coil, sized per the manufacturer's recommendation. The penetration passes through the roof deck, protected by a six-inch high curb with sheet metal flashing and counter flashing. A sheet metal cover shields the top of the assembly, with a quarter-inch mesh wire screen installed at the opening.
