A sink or lavatory is mounted below the top of the counter or top of the fixture, served by a faucet connected to sensor-operated hot and cold water lines routed through a mixing valve. Typical stop valves are installed on the supply lines, with piping sized per the plans. An isolation valve is installed in the piping before routing to the next floor.
