Rigidly supported equipment rests on a manufacturer equipment support frame secured to a concrete substrate. Anchor bolts sized to fit each bolt hole pass through the support frame into the concrete with a minimum four-inch penetration. A leveled layer of grout sits beneath the frame bearing surface above the concrete slab.
