The coil piping assembly connects supply and return lines to a mechanical coil with unions typically installed for disassembly. An air vent is positioned at the high point of the coil, and pressure and temperature test plugs are included typically on the piping runs. Isolation valves allow for servicing the coil while maintaining required service clearances. A three-quarter-inch ball valve with a hose thread drain connection provides drainage capability for the piping system.
