A finned pipe assembly is installed behind casework above a floor with a toe kick grille and an eight-inch minimum clearance. The piping connects to hot water supply and hot water return mains via typical unions, shut-off valves, and strainers. The system incorporates an automatic flow control valve, a two-way modulating control valve, and a hose end drain connection. A manual air vent is positioned at the high point with access provided via an access panel in the casework or wall. Pipe sleeves penetrate the floor for the supply and return lines, and the pipe slopes downward toward the vent.
