Rectangular and round branch ducts connect to main supply and return air ducts using forty-five degree low-loss take-off fittings. Each branch duct incorporates a manual balancing damper with a locking quadrant. Flexible duct connections are secured with mechanical clamps without using duct tape. All branch take-offs require low-loss fittings regardless of whether they are shown on the floor plan.
