A floor cleanout assembly connects to a cast iron waste line routed beneath a concrete floor slab. A cleanout and access cover are installed with the top of the cover flush with the finished floor line. The piping configuration utilizes an eighth bend cast iron fitting and a waste line of length to suit field conditions, with an alternative eighth bend specified if the cleanout occurs at the end of the line.
