A combination smoke and fire damper receives 120V-1Ph power connected to a code-approved smoke detector mounted in the ductwork, which is either factory installed or installed by the fire alarm contractor. Factory wiring connects the internal components, while a remote annunciator for the smoke detectors is provided by the fire and life safety contractor.
