A condensing unit support rail mounts onto an equipment sleeper with a one-inch spring isolator, secured by three-eighth-inch diameter by six-inch lag screws with gasketed washers using a minimum of four per long side. The equipment sleeper bears upon a structo-crete roof assembly with roofing and cant strips. A flexible pipe connects to the condensing unit above.
