A rooftop condenser unit rests on a roof curb mounted above the roof line. A galvanized cap pan with no seams and a two-inch high drip covers the curb assembly and secures with one-inch unistrut and three-inch lag bolts with sealant. An unistrut riser supports a power disconnect and uses L2x2 angle bracing anchored with three-inch lag bolts and sealant. Eight-inch high roof jacks sit adjacent to the curb assembly while line sets route power to the unit.
