An insulated pipe is supported by a Cooper B-line adjustable pipe saddle with yoke and a two-inch diameter seismic base stand secured to the roof surface. Four half-inch diameter Hilti KB-TZ expansion anchors with a two-inch embedment anchor the base stand to the substrate through rigid insulation. A polyvinyl chloride boot protects the roof penetration around the stand. The base stand is spaced at a maximum of six feet on center with a minimum of two supports per run.
