A variable refrigerant flow wall-mounted fan coil unit mounts directly to a partition wall below the ceiling level. Refrigerant piping routes from the unit into the wall cavity. A manufacturer's condensate pump and condensate drain connection interface with the plumbing system. Clearances to the ceiling above follow project specifications.
