The condensing unit sits on a concrete pad supported by the roof structure. A three-quarter-inch Mason Industries Super W neoprene waffle pad isolates vibration beneath each leg. Half-inch diameter Hilti KB-TZ stainless steel expansion anchors with three-inch embedment secure the unit at each leg. Maintenance clearances require eighteen inches minimum for coil side and rear access, and thirty-six inches for front and side access per manufacturer specifications.
