A variable air volume box connects to a supply duct main and incorporates a fire safety sensor, damper actuator, heating coil, and cooling coil. Hot water heating supply and return piping tie into the heating coil with a control valve and valve actuator. A space temperature sensor and a space carbon dioxide sensor connect for demand-controlled ventilation as indicated in the variable air volume box schedule and plans.
