An air handling unit is suspended from the overhead structure using threaded rod supports across the filter, fan, and cooling coil sections. A flexible duct connector attaches to the discharge side of the unit. A twenty millimeter condensate drain pipe with a trap runs from the unit primary drain pan, accompanied by a twenty millimeter condensate drain pipe from the auxiliary drain pan positioned beneath the unit. Chilled water supply and return piping connects to the cooling coil section.
