A JCI FEC2610 controller manages a four-pipe fan coil unit with dedicated cooling and heating control valves, a supply fan command, and a condensate drain pan with a water sensor. A 120VAC to 24V transformer provided by the controls contractor powers the controller, while network connections include MS/TP bus communication to adjacent devices and an SA bus connection to a zone thermostat. Sensor inputs accommodate supply air temperature, filter differential pressure, and fan status monitoring.
