A refrigerant relief pipe penetrates a concrete roof deck and is secured with a galvanized steel plate anchored by four concrete expansion anchors typical. The steel plate is welded to the pipe and sealed with a liquid applied roofing membrane applied over the entire plate to match existing roof finishes.
