Packaged air conditioning equipment sets on a manufacturer-supplied roof curb that is leveled by the general contractor and anchored to a concrete roof per structural and seismic submittals. The curb maintains a minimum height of eight inches above the finished roof. Roofing and counter flashing are installed by the general contractor with unit attachment secured directly to the factory curb.
