Pipe penetrations pass through concrete, metal, or wood exterior walls and foundation walls. The assembly incorporates a pipe sleeve with a one-quarter to one-half inch minimum gap, sealed with caulking per specifications on each end. Insulated piping features a jacket or carrier pipe with pipe insulation, while exposed piping utilizes an escutcheon plate. Below grade at the foundation wall, a waterstop and anchor collar are continuously welded all around to the sleeve, with expanding foam sealant filling the annular space and a manufactured pipe-to-wall penetration closure provided per specifications.
