A sewer pipe cleanout terminates at finished grade with a knockout type plug at the end of the line. A long radius one-eighth bend transitions the vertical riser up to grade. In paved areas only, a two-foot by two-foot by four-inch concrete pad surrounds the cleanout at the finished grade.
