A pipe sleeve passes through the concrete foundation wall and is sealed with a Link-Seal mechanical rubber seal around the building water service pipe. Three-quarter inch all-thread rods provide four inches of deep embedment into the foundation wall, fully secured with epoxy grout. The all-thread rods connect directly to the pipe flange to stabilize the service entry. Continuation of the utility line is coordinated per site and civil drawings.
