An in-line centrifugal fan cabinet with an internal liner and a hinged access panel for motor maintenance is hung from the building structure using threaded steel rods. Vibration isolators are incorporated into the suspension rods, and seismic bracing is provided for lateral stability. Flexible duct connections link the fan cabinet to the adjacent ductwork on both the intake and discharge sides to isolate vibration and sound. Clearances around the unit are maintained to ensure proper motor access.
