A primary boiler pump rated at one hundred gallons per minute connects to a boiler with a manufacturer-supplied gas train. Make-up water feeds through an approved backflow preventor into pressure reducing and relief valves set at twelve psi, incorporating a one-inch quick fill line and an expansion tank with a locked shield valve. The system includes an RL-four Rolairtrol air separator with an automatic air vent at the high point, a pot feeder, and a sensor connection labeled TS-seventeen. Low temperature chilled water pumps operate at variable speed with individual pressure reducing station discharges, strainers, and isolation valves.
