A one-and-one-half inch diameter stainless steel pipe handrail and post are anchored into integral colored concrete stairs with a two percent typical slope. All stair railing connections and intersections are welded and ground smooth. The concrete stairs sit upon a compacted aggregate base, with reinforcement detailed on structural drawings.
